The purpose of the project (Teenage Pregnancy Risk-Taking, Contraceptive Use And Risk Factors) was to determine causes of teenage pregnancy, and also to look at present services open to the youth in relation to sexuality. Individuals were asked questions associated with the following themes linked to teenage sexuality: The presence of resources, the availability of resources, the ability of teens to successfully use services within their current developmental stage, risk-taking behavior of teenagers and problems confronted in the system and in general. Sexual practice between teenagers is seen as a normal part of development. Final results show that resources are fairly accessible to teenagers despite too little manpower, although it was noted that there’s much room for betterment in the education system in relation to sexuality education. Youths with negative psycho-social circumstances were reported to be more susceptible to high risk sexual behavior, and negative risk-taking with or without birth control methods…
